Shipping & Delivery
No one likes waiting! Orders are generally processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Production times vary depending on product type, fulfilment partner, inventory availability, and seasonal demand – please allow us 3-10 days before shipping. Some heavy embroidery products may take up to 21 days.
Typical production times:
- Standard apparel products: 3–7 business days
- Accessories and lifestyle products: 2–7 business days
- Embroidered products: 5–21 business days
During holiday periods, sales events, and peak demand seasons, production times may be longer.
Production times are separate from shipping times.

Priority Shipping
Priority Shipping may be available for eligible products and destinations.
Where available, Priority Shipping can be selected during checkout.

- 4–10 business days
Priority Shipping availability depends on:
- Product type
- Supplier availability
- Destination
- Carrier availability
- Inventory levels
Not all products qualify for Priority Shipping.
All delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
All standard shipments include tracking where available. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout including flat rates depending upon the destination. Some products may only cost flat rates, no need to pay shipping costs.
Shipping rates may vary based on:
- Product weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Shipping method selected
- Fulfilment location
- Carrier rates
- Customs duties and taxes (where applicable)
The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
Multiple Fulfilment Partners
Island Files Tasmania works with multiple production and fulfilment partners.
Depending on the products ordered, items may be produced and shipped from different locations.
As a result:
- Orders may arrive in separate packages
- Multiple tracking numbers may be provided
- Items may arrive on different dates
- Shipping costs may vary between products
This is normal for made-to-order products.
We currently ship to:
- Australia Only
- But soon to New Zealand and other major international countries.
Product availability and shipping options may vary depending on the destination country.
Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or amend any online orders after your order has been placed.
With this in mind, please be extra careful when you’re placing your order to make sure that all your details are full and correct.
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Local taxes
- Clearance charges
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
